Amazing quick reply and job completed in just one day, for my Mum. Highly recommend this company, lovely young man is what my Mum said when she called me to say he had called buy to look and give a quote. Very happy with the price, and I have peace of mind it’s all sorted as I live over 300, miles away, Mum loves the finished look and now low maintenance which at 80 is just what she needed. Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.

A really lovely guy, he was so kind and tolerant when my two year old insisted on helping him. I was really pleased with the beautifully crafted cupboard and ergonomic design. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He was a really nice talented professional that was incredibly tidy too.

Mr Goodman, was punctual for all appts before starting the job. He brought with him relevant colleagues, ie electrician and plumber. He started work last week and so far all is going very well. The only problems have been with deliveries, but this is not his fault.

We chose Quality Garden Offices to do our floor after reading previous reviews, We are so glad we did. Andrew, one of their carpenter’s turned up at the agreed times, we found out he does staircases so we got him to fit our new hand/baserails and spindles as well as laying our floor. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Iliyan and his father did a very professional job with our wardrobe. They always arrived on time, they were very clean and tidy and skilled carpenters. They also gave us different options and offered a competitive price. I would highly recommend Iliyan as a carpenter.

Was working within tight budget, so asked for least expensive wardrobe possible. Jani built a wardrobe that still looked great, us very functional and he compelted the job very quickly for an extremely reasonable price. Would totally recommend him, fantastic service.
