Great stuff - thanks very much to Seb and the guys - turned my falling down and overgrown space into a lovely smart clean, rebuilt and usable garden space - did what they said and when they said - thank you! I was very impressed with Liam’s work. He got in touch so quickly re leak to garage roof and also removed ivy that was reappearing round the roof area and side of garage. Job was completed quickly once price was agreed upon. Very polite person and pleasant to deal with.

Mark and the team were a great team and work hard, with some good banter along the way. The patio is hundreds of times better than what we had. My only slight negative would be Conor watch those spacings / gaps between the slabs.

I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.
