Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.

Jimmy came round to give us a quote very soon after we had asked for a workman. We needed soundproofing on two floors and carpets and underlay fitted on two floors and the stairwells plus landings. His workmanship and professionalism were excellent. He is extremely reliable and we would have no hesitation is recommending him. We were very pleased with the result and found him to be extremely helpful and efficient.

Gareth responded to my job almost as soon as I posted it, and called to carry out the work within 3 days, despite having a busy schedule with other customers. Materials were paid for upfront which we were a little bit worried about at first but materials and team turned up at agreed time. Another payment was made halfway through and on completion as agreed. Darren completely transformed our run down mud bath garden into a lovely clean family garden that we all absolutely love. Darren is a friendly chap who just knuckles down and gets on with the job. He went above and beyond in our garden. Miracles really do happen with Sowerby slabs. Thanks Darren
