I have a beautiful new patio thanks to Pete & John & my lawn has been levelled & grass seeded. The guys worked really hard, arrived when the said they would & left things tidy every day. They're a happy, friendly pair & brilliant at what they do. I can't rate them highly enough & would definitely recommend Lawnswood Landscaping & will be doing exactly that!

I can’t rate Andy highly enough. As a landlord living 200miles from the property Andy was in great communication with me every step of the way with discussions on the phone, drawings by email and videos of the job by WhatsApp. He’s punctual, competitively priced and a really nice person to deal with.

Fantastic service - a visit arranged within 2 days of the initial phone call, and the job started within 2 weeks. Excellent advice, very thorough and nothing is too much trouble. He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

We would absolutely ask Marcus to come and help us out with our garden at any time. It was a complete wreck having had tenants in for a few years. In just a matter of four or five hours it have totally been transformed and we are delighted.

Matt Belchamber did an absolutely brilliant job on our cliff top garden under the most arduous weather conditions in the Spring of 2014. In association with the garden designer he recommended to us (Bo Cook of Alitura) he transformed the garden from a modest patch of lawn and borders into a work of art. He started on time (when the winds were blowing at hurricane force) and completed the work on time, keeping us fully informed all the way. We cannot recommend Matt too highly.

First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry.
