Gary has helped us create an amazing new garden and we are delighted with the end results. We always found Gary friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. The job was a big project but it did take longer than forecast for a variety of reasons, including the weather being poor. This was a little frustrating at times but could not generally be helped. Hired to replace pointing of existing patio. We were not expecting it to look like new patio. Initial attempt was very poor so refused to pay. Second attempt was superficially OK although have subsequently discovered that some of the pointing is soft and easily washes out leaving unsightly sand and cement on surface of patio that we are still trying to clean off. Gaps are now appearing that will need to be filled. Would not recommend.
