Pressure washing, gutter clearance, soft washing of fascia/soffits/render/roofs, low pressure steaming at 150 degrees for fragile/listed brick/soft stones, biocide treatments to name but a few. Knowing roof coverings inside and out, along with our in house drone we can assess and advise what's best for your individual roofs requirements as not every roof is the same! Specialising in carpentry/joinery, from swinging a door to cut roofs, drone surveys with condition reports, all aspects of roof coverings, slate-tiles-liquid flat roofs-lead welding and fascia/soffit/gutter installation. R T Property Maintenance is a small business. Reliable, friendly and reasonable rates. Fencing, decking, paving. UPVC windows, doors, fascia and Soffit. Hanging doors, wood flooring, skirting, drylining, plastering, tiling and painting.
