Stephen and Damo did an excellent job of removing part of a wall and installing an RSJ. He was quick to send over a quote, was able to fit in the work before Christmas and generally did an excellent job with it all. Simon and his team turned up on time and fully understood our requirements for the front garden immediately. They worked hard and although against the weather they finished the work in good time. Yet another triumph for the two Gary's! In less than two days they have transformed a front garden I was ashamed of to one I can be proud of and that people comment on. An unwieldy hedge was quickly removed and taken away, ditto the untidy gravel and replaced with very neat and attractive blocks. I've already arranged for some inside work to be done in the summer . . .

Joe gave me a quote for removal of 5 small stumps. He initially quoted £450 saying it was back breaking work and may take 2 days. I said I couldn't afford it he eventually agreed £300 I was still hesitant but he was very persuasive and went off to get his van and tools. He returned and within half an hour had dragged them out with his van, no backs broken. If he is experienced he knew that he would be able to do this. So I basically paid £600 an hour for a half hr job. Did also mend our chainsaw. Expensive
