From start to finish on the job, Fran was excellent. She was in constant touch with me, making suggestions to improve the final outcome of the work and also listening to my wishes and accomodating them as much as possible. I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Very fair price and excellent quality works. Also very kind and patient with advises and recommendations on how to sort out different DIY works not related with works carried out. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Michael from A B Contractors did a great job on this quite unusual quote in respect of transforming an above ground air raid shelter into an outside bar space. The work included the fitting of french doors, sealing the walls, electrics and builing a brick bar. I would highly recommend Michael and his team.

I would say the work carried out was good for the budget at hand. Very clean, tidy and fast workers. Had a minor breakdown in communication for the scope so please ensure you define the scope clearly. Friendly and cooperative. The work carried out was fit for purpose and completed within budget.

Rick came around to give me a quote within a few hours. He was friendly, approachable and professional. He did the job quickly and for a very reasonable price compared to the other quotes I'd had. He took special care to keep my flat clean. He kept in touch if plans changed and kept to his word. He always had a smile and a laugh so he was nice to have around. I would highly recommend him.

We used J.A.M Home improvement for our new home redesign and renovation project. we had big plans and the building team headed by Ivan was very helpful at giving us ideas and solutions to our vision.
