His quote was slightly more expensive than others but having read his 5 star reviews, we opted for his company. Work was to a high standard. He gave us the option of reinforcing the side fascia boards which was sound advice so although we spent a bit more, we feel this was justified. I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
