Simon was professional from the outset, talked through the job and gave advice to my original plan then provided a very reasonable quote. Simon arrived on time every day and grafted hard to complete the job, he was very patient with me changing my mind as the job progressed and he explained everything clearly as he went. A lovely job. Carl and his team worked with me to find a date with my tricky schedule and we’re really prompt and polite in everything from arriving on time, clearing up, getting started and working hard. Carl has checked I’m happy and is coming back to do two tiny things that I wanted changed (not his fault) which I really appreciate. We had new decking and a raised bed and the team have listened to what we wanted before starting.

As a single woman you tend to feel a bit like a gazelle being stalked by lions when dealing with tradesmen. However Damien was professional from the outset which gave me some peace of mind. We had water damage to our bedroom ceiling and down stairs wall. Kyle came out and sorted the problem. From start to finish Kyle was absolutely incredible nothing was too much trouble he offered friendly advice and gave an explanation as to everything he did. It must have been just good luck to have found Ethan Frayling. He and his two sons did a very good job. They are friendly, diligent and honest. When they finished they cleaned up and the house looked as if nobody had been there. That is quite unusual I find.
