Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Guys who carried out the work very polite and discussed what they were doing if anything needed consulting on to make sure I was happy.

Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.

Delighted with Brian - he got stuck in traffic but kept me posted as to where he was. Quoted a really good price which was half I was expecting so met him in the middle. Will definitely get him back again for a bigger job when budget permits.

Very courteous and efficient. Arrived promptly by appointment and provided a quote which was very reasonable. In the event we decided to opt for an alternative tradesman who seemed more experienced to undertake what turned out to be a rather more difficult and complex task than originally anticipated.

Really a job he couldnt do, the basics were not done, in the end i had to ask him to leave the job after a few days as his work was very poor and standards not good, he was way out of his depth on this one !!!

9 weeks later the job unfinished. Robbie ignored my mothers phone calls, texts and email. Problems include water pooling on new flat roof , skylight poorly fitted off center, waste materials dumped on neighbour's land and left for 9 weeks without permission. Full report plus photos and guarantees promised but never received. Robbie gave constant excuses and false promises. After initially quoting £2.6k Robbie took £10k from my poorly informed mother for partially complete sub standard work.

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.

One star as that was the lowest I could choose. Threatened to have us fined as they claimed we accepted a quote they did not give. Left some of our waste on our neighbours property and claimed that we shortchanged them so demanded a further £20.00 Not to be trusted I'm afraid.

The first 2 stars not applicable. He turned up on the appointed date/ time, discussed and looked at the work......and that was the last I saw or heard from him again. Basic courtesy would have been to let me know that he couldn't or wouldn't do the job. I since went online and selected a professional landscaper.
