I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

Ricardo has come twice to work for me - he is efficient, tidy, thoughtful about problems, cleared up afterwards and was very pleasant to deal with. We cannot recommend Jacob Gardens. We were patient when the owner’s personal circumstances meant it took months rather than weeks to complete our landscaping work, leaving us without a properly useable garden for much of the summer. However the final straw was him ghosting us after promising to replace our lawn, which died because he’d left equipment and supplies on it for months. What a disappointment.
