Glenn has just finished installing a new laminate floor in my living room, dining room and hallway. He has made an excellent and thorough job. He always turned up on time, both for giving the quote and for laying the flooring. He helped me immensely during the planning and when I was buying the flooring, thresholds and underlay. I am extremely pleased with the quality of his worksmanship and how long the job took. Glenn is always responds quickly to any queries. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.

The two guys that came, were, quick, clean, polite, took extra rubbish for no extra money, kept in contact throughout the day, recommend highly, will use again, good thing is they are part of a team that do most work that needs to be done in or out of the house. Very happy.

I found Jason on rated people, he was always friendly, professional and punctual. He has completely refitted my bathroom to a fabulous standard, Jason is a perfectionist in every aspect of his work, and always leaves his work clean and tidy. He made suggestions that I hadn't thought of which improved the finished look of the bathroom and brought the project in on budget. I would recommend him completely.

Ricky is a hard working professional. Always polite. Great job plastering a tricky hall,stairs and landing. Beautiful smooth finish. Always left the space clean and tidy at the end of each day. Definately recommend.

Excellent visit from Kevin and Phil yesterday to carry out maintenance work on our 14 Velux windows. They did a thorough job of cleaning and lubricating the hinges and mechanisms, and solved issues we had opening a couple of the windows. They were polite, informative and left everything in perfect shape. And very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Scott & his dad replaced my garden gate & also installed a new fence panel. Very professional & friendly service I had a quote within 2 hours of them visiting. Very reasonable price, the gate was made by them & is very good quality & alot sturdier than the old one. Both that & the fence panel look great. I will definitely keep their details for any future jobs. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely fab service. Gareth contacted me very quickly and we arranged to meet that day. I was so impressed by his enthusiasm and ideas for my little courtyard garden that I said yes there and then. The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. Once finished there was one minor problem which was quickly solved at no extra cost I am very pleased with the work carried out in terms of finish and cost. I would use Hackett Property Services again and am happy to recommend them.

Great job, gave us exactly what we wanted and finished to what appears to be a very high standard, really took his time getting everything perfect. Was really friendly and slotted in our job really quickly, even though it was only a small job. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
