Excellent visit from Kevin and Phil yesterday to carry out maintenance work on our 14 Velux windows. They did a thorough job of cleaning and lubricating the hinges and mechanisms, and solved issues we had opening a couple of the windows. They were polite, informative and left everything in perfect shape. And very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Tom came to quote up my job quickly, and gave me an honest assessment of work needed whilst putting my mind at ease. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. David removed a chimney stack and supported with gallow brackets in the loft. He was always on time, tidied up after himself and communicated during the process. The job was signed off by the council who David liaised with to ensure the work was carried out as required. Won't hesitate to use David again for future work.

I was very pleased with the work Wayne did for me -it was not an easy job, painting a living area, kitchen and hallway -all with very high ceilings. He did a brilliant job and I would thoroughly recommend him -he is clean and tidy in his work , with an eye for detail, and a generally good chap !!
