Niall and Elliot replied to my post to put a new back on my bathroom door but thanks to their skills I now have a beautiful brand new door which they have just fitted so carefully they deserve more than 5 stars . Very poor communication, constantly need to chase to answer back. Give me the price without seeing the job and after more than a week came to see it. Agreed for wednesday to get job done. Never turned up. After a few calls, I've been told that they can't give a proper date or time because they are too busy doing different jobs. Total joke, I would not recommend

I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

John came out to view and price the job at the agreed date and time and then came out to carry out the work a few days later. The job turned out to be more complicated than initially thought but he went above and beyond to complete the work.
After negotiations, I eventually obtained a refund for work carried out.

We are a landscaping company. As well as digger hire with operative the company also specialise in landscaping. We can help with driveways, mono block, tar, concrete, and extensions, astroturf, returfing, decking, fencing and slabbing.
Still has not finished our decking, after starting in December 2019. We have paid MrMackie for all the materials and they have not arrived
