First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Our flooring was even on some areas and he levelled and carried out everything beyond our expectations. He was always on time and cleanliness outstanding -cleaning up all grime and dust and also taking rubbish away. He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us.
