Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

very good reliable man who got on with the job and we were very pleased with the finished project he cleared away all the rubbish and left everything tidy I would recommend him to anybody wanting a similar job.

Very disappointed with the work. Since then, the roof has leaked on four separate occasions within 20 days, despite your guarantee of a 20-year lifespan. I had to find another team to rework the entire roof and pay the same price again.

RAM Roofing were very helpful when I needed a guttering job done at a property I own. Great communication, fast survey, fair price quoted, photos sent on completion of the job as I wasn't able to be at the property at the time. Highly recommended.

Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately after coming out and giving me a quote. Which we later agreed a slightly lower price on. Then never showed up to do the work. (Now a week later) Not even a courtesy text message to let me know.
