A breath of fresh air. They understood the problem very quickly, offered different options and broke them down within a written quote. We were so happy with the quote that we added additional work. They started the job on the day they stated we were very impressed with their work rate. The end result is what we requested, which in the end is what everyone wants. The novel part of this engagement was no upfront costs, everyone else wanted 50% upfront. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I would say the work carried out was good for the budget at hand. Very clean, tidy and fast workers. Had a minor breakdown in communication for the scope so please ensure you define the scope clearly. Friendly and cooperative. The work carried out was fit for purpose and completed within budget.

There isn’t enough space on here to describe how happy I am and stress free Rob and his team made the process. I had a major extension to the rear and side of the home which meant I wasn't able to use the bottom area of my home at all. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
