Mike came out quoted and was able to get a team together to start 3 days later, took them two days to clear a garden, rip out large tree stumps, old fence panels and posts, level the area ready for seeding, got another two days of final leveling the two gardens together, good workers, thanks Mike and Reg! Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
