Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are investors from out of area and Matty has very helpfully been a keyholder and attended to rectify numerous issues on our property. Internal and external roof repairs, sofits, fascias and gutters replaced, repairs to uPVC windowsill and some internal joinery. All completed to a high standard. Matty provided regular updates and discussed our requirements, offering quality cost effective solutions. Regular communication and updates was really helpful and much appreciated. Always polite, fitted doors well in awkward doorways -very good carpentry skills. They also did another job for me by fixing a leaking chimney. Mr Lyon and Darryl worked well and fairly tidily. I would employ them again.

I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

Simon and his team turned up on time and fully understood our requirements for the front garden immediately. They worked hard and although against the weather they finished the work in good time. After completing they did a full tidy up so nothing was unsightly, I would have no hesitation in using them again.
