I would say the work carried out was good for the budget at hand. Very clean, tidy and fast workers. Had a minor breakdown in communication for the scope so please ensure you define the scope clearly. Friendly and cooperative. The work carried out was fit for purpose and completed within budget.

As I'm now based in NZ, Carl tended to my front and back garden in Hertfordshire to keep it looking good while the property is on the market. Catalin was meticulous with his measuring. He worked tirelessly and came back at night the following day to finish the job because it rained on the Sunday afternoon so we were unable to finish. The slabs have been laid perfectly. He was smart and methodical in his approach to paving the tiles. The end result looks great and just as I'd hoped for. Reliable. Tidy. Accurate. And a fair price. We used J.A.M Home improvement for our new home redesign and renovation project. we had big plans and the building team headed by Ivan was very helpful at giving us ideas and solutions to our vision. We re-floored the entire house, installed new appliances, a new kitchen, re-painted, re-paved the driveway, re-modeled the bathrooms and re-modeled the garden. From start to finish J.A.M were professional and adaptable to our changing design ideas. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
