It is always somewhat of a lottery when hiring a tradesman but we really struck lucky with Daniel. What a great find he was. Quality and care of work was outstanding. (Toilet floor tiling). His work was neat, precise, organised and efficient. He didn't once stop for a break or anything. Exceptionally polite and friendly and clearly skilled at this work. And his pricing was excellent. I would and indeed will use Daniel again and would certainly recommend him to others in a heartbeat.Outstanding and thank you

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. We used J.A.M Home improvement for our new home redesign and renovation project. we had big plans and the building team headed by Ivan was very helpful at giving us ideas and solutions to our vision. Oliver and team did a great job with our front drive. The design and outcome were closely matched, quality is good and the project came in exactly on budget / quote. The project included multi-leaf automated sliding gates which had some unique aspects to the design requirements, but Oliver found the solution and it works well. Would recommend Oliver and Tree & Stone team to others. Satisfied customer!
