Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.

Southgate and Sharp's quote was the best one among four received. It included optional powder coating as a bonus offer which we didn't count on in the start. Although our job was only small it was perfectly done and on time. Many thanks, I would use S&S LTD anytime for metal works in the future.

Peter Hall of Phoenix Landscapes turned up with heavy duty equipment and gave us a good high level plan and estimate of the work to refurbish and extend our drive - approx 70 sqm. Whilst his quote was a little higher than we expected it was in line with the other quality quotes we received and he seemed knowledgeable and pleasant. He worked efficiently and NEATLY, completed the work exactly on schedule and kept us informed on process and progress. We would recommend him.

Very happy. Turned up on time to quote, gave no nonsense advice and estimated immediately. Once i had selected him he turned up at 8am on the day agreed and did the job in one day. I had several very large bushes which I needed to be removed. When the team arrived to remove them we found that the trunks were much bigger than previously thought with roots growing under the paving stones. Haydn's team put a huge amount of effort into getting the job done and removed all the debris and garden rubbish that I had asked them to take. They gave a very good price and I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend them.

Adam is a top star floor specialist. He did excellent job with replacing my 2 bed house flooring with laminate as you can see from photos posted. He pricing is very reasonably. I will highly recommend him to anyone wishing to do their flooring.
