David did an amazing job with our space! He really listened to what we wanted and added his own creative touch, making everything look even better than we imagined. Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.

Southgate and Sharp's quote was the best one among four received. It included optional powder coating as a bonus offer which we didn't count on in the start. Although our job was only small it was perfectly done and on time. Many thanks, I would use S&S LTD anytime for metal works in the future.

Lee Charles recently finished my new driveway, steps and walls which included brickwork, omega blocks and sandstone tiles. Lee's work was professional and thorough throughout and he took time over even the smallest details on the project. I had several very large bushes which I needed to be removed. When the team arrived to remove them we found that the trunks were much bigger than previously thought with roots growing under the paving stones. Haydn's team put a huge amount of effort into getting the job done and removed all the debris and garden rubbish that I had asked them to take. They gave a very good price and I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend them.

Dan did a great job working through a varied list of jobs that had needed doing for a while. Worked hard, good at solving problems, always asked if unsure about anything. Not sure you could want much more. Thoroughly good guy as well.

Adam is a top star floor specialist. He did excellent job with replacing my 2 bed house flooring with laminate as you can see from photos posted. He pricing is very reasonably. I will highly recommend him to anyone wishing to do their flooring.
