Nadeem was prompt in engaging...he dropped by and assessed the damaged loft door and confirmed that yes the Loft door can be repaired. He has done a fab job, guess that's because he is skilled. It's been couple days now and the door is working as new, thanks to Nadeem.

I would say the work carried out was good for the budget at hand. Very clean, tidy and fast workers. Had a minor breakdown in communication for the scope so please ensure you define the scope clearly. Friendly and cooperative. The work carried out was fit for purpose and completed within budget.

From start to finish on the job, Fran was excellent. She was in constant touch with me, making suggestions to improve the final outcome of the work and also listening to my wishes and accomodating them as much as possible. Catalin was meticulous with his measuring. He worked tirelessly and came back at night the following day to finish the job because it rained on the Sunday afternoon so we were unable to finish. The slabs have been laid perfectly. He was smart and methodical in his approach to paving the tiles. The end result looks great and just as I'd hoped for. Reliable. Tidy. Accurate. And a fair price. I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.
