Elton and his team did a fantastic job for me, rectifying some unfinished work left by another builder as well as some additional jobs (block-paving, installing a soak-away channel, removing a door and bricking it up). He is knowledgable, highly skilled at what he does, trust-worthy and communicated well throughout. His team worked tirelessly on some gruelling tasks and with perfection. I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

They are highly proficient across all the building disciplines so don't need to sub contract out any of the work, This means that the project runs incredibly smoothly and at a very competitive budget. Absolute attention to detail, coving on an old flat with uneven walls and ceilings, looks fantastic and hasn't been painted yet. Properly hard grafter. I would recommend him without question. I am excited to see the skirting boards and the painting complete, I have no doubt it will be quality.
