Polite and friendly. Pleased with the job. Gave a reasonable and realistic price so I didn't bother getting other quotes. No nonsense, no waffle. Completed within a week of accepting the quote. I will need another fence doing soon but I can't afford at the moment but will use J&M again for that one.

Very happy. Turned up on time to quote, gave no nonsense advice and estimated immediately. Once i had selected him he turned up at 8am on the day agreed and did the job in one day.
