Hired them to fix a leaking gutter. Now my gutter is still leaking and cannot get in touch via phone calls or messages to get them back to fix it properly. Will not use that company again.

Derek came out to see me but didn’t have any real clue about drainage. He just asked me if I wanted artificial grass which I advised him I didn’t. He told me when he lays real grass his gardens are terrible in a couple of years time, He didn’t appear to know what to say to me and advised he should have brought his friend who deals with drainage with him. He took my drawing and said he would have a think about it and get back to me which he never did! I would not have hired him anyway.
