Had a window and front door fitted by Nation Windows. Overall the experience was good. The new fitting has made such a difference to our hallway. When they came to fit the window and door, Sunny and his fitters immediately put down dust sheets. We found them to do a clean job and were very polite throughout. Also have a lot of knowledge around sash windows and resin repairs for rotten timber as I use to work for a company specialising in sash windows. Avoid… please save yourself time and money and avoid this person. He was brought in to fit a window, and two doors and he’s fitted a window with a massive crack on it, without fitting it around (windows let’s a lot of air and noise in). He replaced once door and left it without handle, so unable to open and close. The other door he ordered and sits in my kitchen, but he did not fit. He took 3,000 and then refused to complete the work. *AVOID*

We contacted Mr Bone in April and paid him a 50% deposit (£1000) after he quoted a 5 week lead time. He kept postponing the date until in September we cancelled the job and asked for our money back. Despite receiving £200 he again failed to live up to promises to repay the remainder. We have issued a small claims court order and also a county court judgment against Mr Bone. A very disappointing experience
