I had a partition wall removed to create an open plan living space on the ground floor and the builders did an exceptional job! They were professional, efficient and completed the work to a high standard. The space looks incredible now and the process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was great and they made sure to keep everything clean and tidy throughout the project. I am pleased with the results and highly recommend them for any home improvement work.

Kept in contact and the work was done with some changes as they assessed on the job and were mindful of not creating a bigger job. I can honestly say that Kyle and his team at Future Construction were exceptional in every regard. We had experienced difficulties with a builder prior to Kyle but he proved to be reliable, hardworking and committed to completing our house renovation, a substantial project, on time, within the restrictions of our budget. Kyle, who is very creative designed an extra room within the upstairs , which delighted us.. He is a superb workman and crafts man and his team are brilliant.

Jay left an unfinished job (woodframe for a conservatory) behind , that no other builder can finish The measurements were wrong . He kept 550 pounds for materials he did not provide . This has been 8 months ago . He initially made excuses before stopping answering to my emails altogether.
