Rupert was able to help at short notice - within 24 hours. He was flexible, efficient, clean in his work, timely to get it done, reasonably priced. He was prepared to travel across London (to SE1) for relatively small job - recording kitchen sash window. He was quick to respond to my ad on here and on day of job he arrived early and completed work without fuss and to good standard. Also very pleasant guy.

The windows company was very quick, the staff contacted me, came to look at it, and then took it to its office, they fixed it and came to install it, and was brilliant, took him 3hrs, compared to the company that kept me “dancing” for 3weeks…..

Iliyan and his father did a very professional job with our wardrobe. They always arrived on time, they were very clean and tidy and skilled carpenters. They also gave us different options and offered a competitive price. I would highly recommend Iliyan as a carpenter.

Liam was a really nice guy he hung 5 doors and replaced all the skirting in 3 of our bedrooms. The work was carried out to a good standard. Liam was asked to have a look at our creaking stairs while he was there and was kind enough to fix this at the same time free of charge. Liam's number has been saved in my phone and he will be my first call should I need any form of joinery in the near future. Also left the place nice and tidy finished on time. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Excellent job, the quality of windows is superb, the guys worked clean and tidy after the completion of the work. The price is reasonable, however, we had to change from white to brown colour and this made it a bit more costly, but really nice windows and a sliding balcony door, great gold chrome handles and locks. Lots of neighbours were asking for the tradesman. 1 year after installation a small sill needed a fix, they came straight away. Would highly recommend them.

From the very start working with these guys was simple. On the weekend they turned up to view the job I had and by Tuesday they arrived promptly and just got on with it. I left them to it and by late afternoon my job was done exactly to my requirements and to the amount agreed. They made sure that I was happy with the progress and quality at regular intervals. Great service with a great end result. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for any general construction work I need.

Great job. Fixed the rotten bottom of my sash window by creating a moulding to match. End result is perfect despite it being tricky to match and fit. Definitely recommended.

I had laminate floor done a few weeks ago. I am very satisfied with the work done. Anthony is a very tidy and meticulous . I would certainly contact him again if I need any other jobs done. He was quick to give me a quote and was flexible with when he could start on the job.

Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. Adrian and Marcel arrived as planned and did a great job. Professional and friendly, they worked hard, finishing the job and leaving us happy. I would definitely recommend and I intend to use again on a bigger project I have planned when the weather improves. Steve
