I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Vitaliy & his team are excellent. They were very punctual starting at 7.45 every day & working full solid days, even at weekends. They never missed a day. Vitaliy kept me daily updated regarding the process & was present on the job each day. The quote was detailed & competitive & final cost close to the original. The work was completed to a very high standard. It was a complex job but Vitaliy made the process less stressful. I was kept updated asked my opinion even on the smallest things.

Mirza did an excellent job installing our alcove shelves and cabinets. He fitted them exactly as I wanted it and was always helpful, polite and professional. He was arrived on time and worked hard and stayed late to get the job done - we were worried he was not taking enough breaks but he said he'd just come back from holiday and had rested enough! I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Cleos was reliable, polite and showed pride in the quality of his workmanship. He managed to get my kitchen worktop fitted to correct specifications and went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with everything and accommodated my situation considering that I was short on time. Very good professionals. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. A bit on the expensive side - I payed £400 for installing 3 wardrobe shelves and 2 rails, fixing a broken drawer and the materials. Needed it urgently, otherwise would have shopped around.

Very pleased with their service! Jason was great, he was the only plasterer to recommend different things to save both time and money with an excellent result. All the plasterers were a pleasure to deal with and worked very hard! I can't recommend them highly enough. Very happy with the job on my kitchen done by Jacek and his guys. Beautiful tiling, and replacement of sink and unit. All done quickly and cleaned up after. Would hire them again without hesitation.

It is always very hard to find someone willing to go over other peoples work but this did not deter Dumitru and he came up with the goods where others had failed. These were expensive tiles with 1mm grout lines and he had no problem with this in any way. I have to give him 10 out of 10 for even taking this job on and another 10 out of 10 for completing it to a good standard. Dumitru will always be welcome to tender for any tiling work we have within our small portfolio of properties in London.

Zoran did a great job on our project. They are extremely lovely and careful with their work. They decorated 2 rooms for us and have since come back to decorate more. They are very careful to cover and protect everything within the room, they show up on time, and they are just very nice people!

This person did an absolutely outstanding job, so professional its unbelievable, transformed my garden in 2 days with the hard work by him and his team. Layed out dust sheets, was so polite and couteous, understood the work I wanted done, was on time and kept to all his promises, the quote he provided was more than fair and perfect for me. I can swear you will love him, and you will keep on using him again and again, as I will be doing. Without a doubt the work he carried out was worth much more. so happy.
