Scott kept us up to date with the work through access to videos etc and stayed on site for longer than anticipated to make sure we were 100% happy. Very personable guy and came round quickly to quote and measure up. Very flexible on when he came round. We were happy with the price. Unfortunately he booked in for installation and cancelled last minute twice e.g Friday at 9pm when due Sat morning. We then booked in for 6 weeks later to give extra time to ensure completion, cancelled again last minute the night before. Guaranteed us the following week and cancelled again. Very disappointing and wasted our time. He did give us our deposit back promptly.

Great work all round on replacing my kitchen floor, worktops, hob, sink and dishwasher. Workmanship was meticulous and thoughtful. Fair price especially since my floor needed some additional boards but nothing was too much trouble. Would not hesitate to recommend Pawel and his colleage.

Poor workmanship. They promised to come back out and haven’t. They said they are no longer working together. They have actually broken one of our new internal doors by drilling a handle on incorrectly.

I contacted Micheal he came when he said he would ,gave me a quote in two days i aceptpted the quote ,said he had a job to Finnish. 5 weeks later I was contacting him regular sometimes I heard back other I did not ,he funnalky gave me a date to start 19 th June then to be told July I first counted him on the second week of May .he new we wanted job done before we went in holiday ,I had to ask fir money back and start again . I was really hurt as I really like him and there was only £100 difference
is it not customary to remove any rubbish from the job? it certainly used to be. and it is NOT customary to leave the client's toilet with large lumps of plaster in it.
