I was trained using the traditional methods by two highly skilled craftsman; a cabinet maker and a boat builder. We also work professionally alongside architects, surveyors and representatives from the local authority ensuring building regulations are fully complied with. We are also happy to partner with Estate Agents and other third parties on the client's behalf. We offer an excellent and efficient project management service to all of our clients as standard. Consistent clear communication and proactive thinking are our strengths. We are HMRC registered and fully insured. Palace Gate Buildings Services Limited is registered with Companies House as a private limited company. At the end of any work that we carry out we ensure that all of our jobs are left in a clean and tidy condition. Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Difficult to comment on value - seemed like a good price but didnt have time for comparisons, so may have been great! Happy with quality now but had to point out two areas that needed filling. To be fair, Rob did come to check on job and that I was happy with the work his "boys" had done, and immediately sorted out areas I had pointed out. Turned up as arranged - I would use them again
