First time I have used rated people website and had just 1 reply. Apple Carpentry though have been great. We needed to have 2 large windows in a 1930s house replaced but didn't want to have UPVC. Communication from the Company was excellent and the finished product is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to have a high quality joinery project completed. Our windows look amazing and are exact copy of the old frames and they also managed to use the original lead glass.

Dream Home improvements fitted a kitchen for us at a very good price. First impressions were very good and we were not let down. Richard visited us in the evening at a time convenient for us and was professional, making the process easy for us. Throughout, Richard was very flexible (especially when we changed the plans). Stewart did a wonderful job with our bespoke lounge bookcases and built in cupboards. We had a few specific requirements (such as fitting a vinyl player on the space above the cupboard!) and he listened to what we wanted and built it. Stewart had lots of great ideas on how to maximise our space and we're really happy with the outcome. The units have made our lounge! I would highly recommend Stewart's work. Kai contacted me concerning the reassembling of an Ikea flat pack wardrobe, gave me a fair quote on the job, rescheduled diary so he could complete the job within 48 hours, arrived promptly at the agreed time and completed the job within the time frame we agreed. Kai was efficient prompt and professional throughout.

G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.

Mike has been professional, honest, polite, reliable, hard working and communicative throughout and prior to works. He has often gone over and above his remit by making constructive comments on further aspects of the work we need doing, Work undertaken required structural steels putting in place with a wall removing, in addition to a refurbished roof and a new roof construction, I would not hesitate to use Mike again and would certainly recommend.
