IA home improvements were very helpful and well priced. They turned up early and started work immediately. The concrete slab was poured on the same day after breaking out the old concrete. Unfortunately, it rained late in the afternoon and the slab started to get pit marks so I contacted IA and he was back a few hours later to smooth the slab out again. Very happy with the service and I would definitely use them again.

Nasko was very flexible and accommodating slight alterations to the preassembled kitchen plan. He was very personable and professional. He works to a high standard and this was reflected in the worktop joint which is almost invisible.

Michael did a first class job. Talked through options explaining reasoning behind the choices. He showed me and checked that i was happy through all the stages. Simple job turned out to be not so simple. Turned up exactly when he said he would, did a good job, including taking on the extra degree of difficulty we had not foreseen. Job ran over from the single day expected, and returned the next day to finish off. Polite, efficient, punctual, and stuck to the price agreed.
