The condensation tank was not checked you said if there was water it would not operate . Not true. No checks for Co above boiler was a miserable service which provided no reassurance wasnt worth £108 be honest you know it wasn’t

We contacted Mr Bone in April and paid him a 50% deposit (£1000) after he quoted a 5 week lead time. He kept postponing the date until in September we cancelled the job and asked for our money back. Despite receiving £200 he again failed to live up to promises to repay the remainder. We have issued a small claims court order and also a county court judgment against Mr Bone. A very disappointing experience

Endrit and his team were wonderful to work with - friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, despite me changing aspects of the kitchen renovation and install during the process. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect and that I was happy with all aspects. Also have a lot of knowledge around sash windows and resin repairs for rotten timber as I use to work for a company specialising in sash windows. Avoid… please save yourself time and money and avoid this person. He was brought in to fit a window, and two doors and he’s fitted a window with a massive crack on it, without fitting it around (windows let’s a lot of air and noise in). He replaced once door and left it without handle, so unable to open and close. The other door he ordered and sits in my kitchen, but he did not fit. He took 3,000 and then refused to complete the work. *AVOID*
