We feel so lucky to have found Colin for decorating our kitchen, family room, study, bedroom and utility room. He's done the most amazing job swiftly and efficiently and we are so pleased with his work. Not only did he do a brilliant job but he was meticulous in tidying up afterwards and always kept a smile on his face! We highly recommend Colin if you are lucky enough that he is free to do your job.

Tony quoted for installing an old cast iron fireplace in our front room. What I liked was that after looking at the job, he said he would go away and work out the price (which was great value) - Others that quoted would give a price there on the spot which made me feel like they were 'plucking a figure out of the air' or trying their luck! Tony & Bob did a fantastic job which looks great. They were very tidy, polite, punctual and got the job done within the time quoted. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Excellent all round. Could not have been better. These guys were timely, efficient, cleaned as they went, very hard working and superb value for money. G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.

Tom did a great job and is a nice guy! He's punctual and a tidy worker. The tiling work is just what we wanted. I'd use Tom again so can happily recommend him.

Dean was knowledgeable and suggested different solutions - quoted each with relevant pricing , giving us the option to choose. Communication was excellent - Dean informed us in advance of each step of the job , which was done efficiently and quickly. All in all a first class job . We would definitely use Dean again, and recommend him highly .

Extremely nice guy, very helpful and quoted a very fair price. Am super-happy with the job Steve and his son did knocking through a wall and putting in a doorway for me. Very tidy too, laid down lots of dust sheets and cleared all mess from the job. They arrived on time and got on with the work and finished a lot sooner than i expected. I would have no doubts calling on him again for any other work i need doing and would highly recommend! Excellent!

Very pleased with the service provided. Turned up on time, completed the work to the timings provided, was extremely quiet and tidy, and I can't fault the finished product with my kitchen ceiling. I would definitely recommend for plastering services.

Kai and his team done a fantastic job on my garage extension. In this time of lockdown Kai went the extra mile to keep getting the Materials for the Job which he did admirably. I would have Kai and His team back anytime I need work doing A good honest tradesman
