Steve sent a text message to say he was unable to quote for the work as he was starting a new job. Unfortunately this came several days after he had arranged to come to our house and price up the work. I am therefore unable to comment on his work.

Job was more entailed than first thought and therefore cost extremely more than anticipated but Frank was open and honest. Turned up when expected, cleaned up after himself and did the job super quick.

Lucas first came by to provide a quote, which was very reasonable—I couldn't have asked for a better one. As promised, he returned the next day to carry out the repairs on my door. While he was there, he also fixed a few additional doors that I noticed had minor issues, all without asking for extra payment. He was professional, careful, and made sure to clean up after himself, leaving my home just as tidy as he found it. I’ll definitely be using his services again.

Thanks to Pavel I now have a new staircase in the bedroom and the ladder has finally gone :) Pavel contacted me, arranged to visit to assess the job and advised it would be cheaper to buy a staircase and install that instead of building one from scratch. New staircase arrived and Pavel worked his magic to get it installed - absolutely over the moon. Pavel is a joiner with exceptional skills and comes highly recommended.
