Keiran did that rare thing of turning up exactly when he said he would. Tidy and friendly, and reasonably priced. He removed a glass pane from door and fitted wooden replacement before installing cat flap - looks smart and exactly what I wanted; he also installed MDF shelves in a walk in cupboard - not exactly complex, but affordable and exactly what I needed.

Sandy is a fantastic tradesman, he's very friendly, a great communicator and turns up exactly when he says he is going to. He gave us a detailed and realistic quote. In fact we asked him for a quote on another job in the house too. For the repair itself, he did a very good job, and sent me photos in progress. A small crack appeared during the 'curing' process and Sandy came back, fixed the crack and was happy to do so. It has been a couple of weeks since the job was done and our wall is looking lovely!

We can not recommend this company highly enough as the work has been completed now and was done quickly and very efficiently with the minimum of fuss. At the start the job was explained efficiently with no boring jargon. The staff completed the job that required heavy lifting and careful thought and now we have the window we wanted, which is huge, and the room was left totally neat and tidy. Kenny boxed in a boiler for me and I’m really pleased with the work, it looks great. What I also really appreciated was the communication before and during the job; he provided a quote, agreed a day that suited me and turned up when he said he would. £5K paid and no bathroom! After initial meeting saying he will squeeze me in, I was left with NO bathroom and £5K out of pocket! I agreed to a £10,400 bathroom, escalated quickly to £13,400 after ripping my old bathroom. 4 boarded walls, a few pipes and 1 electric cable coming out the ceiling, this was apparently the first fix done! He walked off after I only paid £1.5K of the last £2.5K he asked for and sent a text to say he would not be back! An assessment of work was carried out by trades in evidence.

Brendan and team did an excellent job! He also made sure we were happy at different stages of the garden makeover! We asked him to build a shed which was not part of the original remit and he did without hesitation.. Nothing was too much bother for Brendan and the boys! The boys were young but the most amazing grafters!! 10/10 Brendan!
