We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. Top quality work. Keystone done our en suite, drive way and our new kitchen diner with bi-fold doors and the place looks totally transformed. Great price and the work quality was top! The guys were very honest, easy to get along with and when ever we had any issues , suggestions or addition things doing they sorted straight away. Would highly recommend.

I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I have advised them to bring up their online presence to give potential customers more information about the company.

Jeremy and his team did a great job with our internal refurbishment. They were always polite and courteous and tidied as they went. Jeremy would always discuss any issues and would be helpful with suggestions and advice if required. All of the team treated the house with respect and transformed it from a tired 80's look to a modern and bright place with a wow factor. Special thanks to Jez and his bro Josh and to Tim the painter.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. Daniel did an excellent job. There were a few issues with the base he was covering coming through the paint but this didn't cause Daniel a problem. If I'd been doing the decorating I would have been stuck, Daniel knew exactly which products were needed where and completed the job to a high standard.
