We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry. Steve is a first class tradesman, knowledge, skill, and ability is excellent, he did a loft conversion, installed steel beams, all timbers and decking for new 130sqm flat roof, studwork, installed staircase, Blockwork on extension, cement fibre cladding, will with out doubt use again and cant recommend or praise him enough, he came with a impressive portfolio of previous work, he can totally be relied upon and one of the rare tradesman where i don't have to worry about his workmanship,

Neil is an excellent carpenter. He completed a mansard roof, second fixed the internal of a four bedroom house and did a fantastic job on the kitchen. City Interior Contracts.
