Although Billy was quick to come and do an initial fix, I was told that any issue with the fix they would come back and sort it out. Although initially it looked like the roof no longer leaked, when the rain became heavy it was evident that the leak was still an issue. Billy charged 3 times what another quote was but he was confident that he'd know how to fix it and gave a 5 year guarantee. Billy did not come back for 3 weeks and has still not sent anyone to fully fix the roof so I have to give a 1 star.

Please be very aware using this gentleman Pat. He used high-pressure tactics to get the job. When we eventually caved and gave him the job, he will not respond to request for receipts and invoice so we can complete an insurance claim.. we have chased a number of times, and he is more or less blackmailing us that if we don't give him another job, he won't send a receipt. Very dodgy work ethics.
Liam came to sort my leaking roof on 1/11/19. Claimed there was more loose tiles on roof and charged me extra to put all of them in place- no pictures provided to prove this, like what other roofers do. Didn’t give me a receipt and promised to email this together with a 5 year guarantee he promised me for paying xtra. He ignored my texts and has now blocked my number. I’d never use him again and not I’m not even sure he even fixed the leak. Unprofessional, disgusting and don’t recommend. Wasted my £200.
