Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Ben came out promptly to give me a quote and he went above and beyond by identifying another separate issue with my roof. Fortunately for myself a relative ended up doing the work for free which is unfortunate for Ben. I will definitely keep him in mind for future work
