The work was assessed initially but on inspection more work was required and the quote was amended and the extra work carried out. The work was carried out efficiently and I was kept informed of the works progress. I am very happy with the work done by a very professional company and would use them again

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Responded very quickly and gave me a quote. I particularly liked that they used a drone so that I myself could see what was going on on the roof - both flat and pitched. Pleasant to communicate with also.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Guys who carried out the work very polite and discussed what they were doing if anything needed consulting on to make sure I was happy.
