They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

The lads were absolutely fantastic, went the extra mile to maintain my front and back garden the work was substantial. Gerald installed a new felt flat roof for us on a Tenanted property in Nov 2020, with a 10 year guarantee. In early Feb 2021 we noticed serious water ingress through the roof, due to the felt being incorrectly laid and un-bonded. We've just had another roofer install an entirely new roof at considerable expense. Gerald has refused to address the issue or to honour his guarantee in anyway. We're currently pursuing him for a refund through the Small Claims Court. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES.

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Was quoted a higher price for the job to be done, promised the job will be guararanted and as I was worried about the leak could get worse especially with the weather forecast getting worse and the bank holiday weekend, I had no choice but to agree for the job to be carried out. After completing the job I paid part cash and part bank transfer. I was promised an invoice a d guarantee by email. Despite contacting them I haven't received the written guarantee nor the invoice for the job not even a reply!
