I hired Luke to do a covered pergola & paid 30% in advance for materials. Communication initially was ok but became frustrating as he wouldn't reply to messages for days. The basic structure was erected but not completed. I didn't hear from him again for over a month, despite chasing. He then said he'd been ill & couldn't complete the job. No idea if he ordered the roofing as he never replied again. The work he's done seems ok but I'm left hanging with no idea of what to do now or what to order.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

The lads were absolutely fantastic, went the extra mile to maintain my front and back garden the work was substantial. My name is Akos, I am originally an architect but I have a company called Zebra Services here in the South of England including South London.
