A friendly, hard working pair of young lads who did two excellent jobs on my roof very efficiently under adverse conditions. I had a good, written quotation, to which they kept and which was not at all unreasonable. They will be given first refusal on any future roofing job I may have (which is not unlikely in my old house).

My name is Akos, I am originally an architect but I have a company called Zebra Services here in the South of England including South London. He completed the roofing task assigned and gave a 7 year warranty. But there was a significant leak the very next day when it rained. I have called severally for the leaks to be repaired based on the warranty but my calls and messages have been ignored.

The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.
