I had a leaky gutter from poor workmanship by a previous company and I contacted Joe via Rated People. He was quick to respond with a quote and was able to fit the job in, in a reasonable time span. He worked on a really cold day replacing the defective gutter with a more suitable product. He also replace the felt on our garage roof and added decorative edgings to tidy up the look of the property. He was efficient and tidy removing all the rubbish. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems
