A few months after, the roof fell down and was still leaking. I have text and called Claudiu over 10 times and he ignores my requests to contact me. Looks like I will have to pay someone else to do the job properly. A very bad job done and money lost.

Phil was helpful and courteous, and flexible when the timing of parts of the job had to change (not at all his fault). I would recommend him and his team.
They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

He completed the roofing task assigned and gave a 7 year warranty. But there was a significant leak the very next day when it rained. I have called severally for the leaks to be repaired based on the warranty but my calls and messages have been ignored.

I do a lot of things by trade but my favourite occupation and our specialty is roofing, guttering, chimney and decorating, and painting, this includes minor plasterboard work, doors, skirting boards etc. But I wouldd rather have them talk about what others think of us: Akos and his colleague that worked on our house were thorough professionals and took great pride in the work they do. 'I'm not interested in your money, I'll come and do the last bit anyway' etc .Have not returned and not contactable. No guarantee for most of the work as just not providing one.

It was a substantial project renovating and changing the layout throughout the whole house as as well as a sizeable rear extension. Doug project managed the build, his professionalism, communication and understanding throughout the build was exceptional.
